An Act to amend various Acts relating to the enforcement of the criminal law, and for other purposes

This Act may be cited as the Crimes Legislation Amendment (Serious and Organised Crime) Act (No. 2) 2010.
(1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms. No. 4, 2010
