Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture of 31 May 2002 Implementing Act No. 452/2001 Coll., on the Protection of Designations of Origin and Geographical Indications and on the Amendment to the Act on the Consumer Protection
The Ministry of Agriculture stipulates in accordance with Section 26 of Act No. 452/2001 Coll., on the protection of designations of origin and geographical indications and on the amendment to the Act on consumer protection (hereinafter “the Act”), with regard to the wording of Section 5, paragraph 5 of the Act:
1.—(1) List of agricultural products and foodstuffs intended for human nutrition, for inclusion of which in the Register of designations of origin and geographical indications (hereinafter “the Register”) a specification shall be presented according to Section 6 of the Act, is included in Annex No. 1.
(2) List of agricultural products not intended for human nutrition, for inclusion of which in the Register a specification shall be presented according to Section 6 of the Act, is included in Annex No. 2.
2. This Decree enters into force on 1 July 2002.
