Accession by Peru contained the following declaration: "With respect to the provisions of Article 8(3) of the Nice Agreement Concerning the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks of 1957, the Republic of Peru states that all amendments to Articles 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the said Agreement shall only enter into force for Peru once it has notified the Director General of WIPO of its acceptance of them."
