Communiqué on the Conclusion of the Organization of the Competition Authority
Communiqué No. 1997/5
Article 1- The Competition Board, which was appointed and took office by the Decree of the Council of Ministers, No.97/9090 dated 27.02.1997 in accordance with the Transitional Article 1 of the Act on the Protection of Competition, No. 4054 dated 07.12.1994 which entered into force on 13.12.1994, concluded the organization of the Competition Authority from 05.11.1997 .
Article 2- Arbitrariness is announced in accordance with the Transitional Article 2 of the Act on the Protection of Competition, No. 4054 dated 07.12.1994.
Article 3- This Communiqué shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
Article 4- This Communiqué shall be executed by the President of the Competition Authority.
Rekabet Kurumu Teşkilatının Oluşturulduğuna İlişkin Tebliğ
Tebliğ No : 1997/5
Madde 1- 13.12.1994 günü yürürlüğe giren 7.12.1994 tarih ve 4054 sayılı Rekabetin Korunması Hakkında Kanun`un Geçici 1. Maddesi uyarınca 27.2.1997 tarih ve 97/9090 sayılı Bakanlar Kurulu Kararnamesi ile atanmış ve göreve başlamış olan Rekabet Kurulu, Rekabet Kurumu teşkilatını 5.11.1997 tarihi itibariyle oluşturmuş bulunmaktadır.
Madde 2- Keyfiyet, 7.12.1994 tarih ve 4054 sayılı Rekabetin Korunması Hakkında Kanunun Geçici 2 nci maddesi uyarınca ilan olunur.
Madde 3- Bu Tebliğ yayımı tarihinde yürürlüğe girer.
Madde 4- Bu Tebliği Rekabet Kurumu Başkanı yürütür.
