Details Details Year of Version 2021 Dates Status as of: January 30, 2021 Amended up to: April 6, 2020 Enacted: July 19, 2007 Type of Text Framework Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes This consolidated version of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (hereinafter "the consolidated Act 2007") incorporates amendments up to the Courts and Tribunals (Judiciary and Functions of Staff) Act 2018, which entered into force on different dates (January 10, 2020; April 6, 2020). The said amending Act 2018 introduced amendments to the following provisions of the consolidated Act 2007: - Pt. 1 Ch. 2A inserted (which came into effect on January 10, 2020); - Words in s. 8(2) inserted (effect on April 6, 2020) ; - Words in s. 49(5) substituted (effect on January 10, 2020); - Words in s. 49(6) substituted (effect on January 10, 2020); - S. 49(6)(aa) inserted (effect on January 10, 2020). This consolidated Act 2007 was updated on January 30, 2021, by adding the legislative changes in a list entitled "Changes to legislation" found in its final page (page 361). These changes have not yet been incorporated to the said consolidated Act.
