Details Details Year of Version 2015 Dates Entry into force: October 25, 2015 Adopted: October 12, 2015 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Other Notes This Law was passed by the Parliament on October 12, 2015, to ratify the Protocol of Accession to the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization, which was done at Geneva on July 27, 2015.
Following ratification of its Accession Protocol, Kazakhstan deposited the Instrument of Acceptance of its membership terms on October 31, 2015, and became the 162nd Member of the WTO on November 30, 2015.
