Under the Annex of this consolidated Decision No. 523, paragraph 33-1 under Section II (relating to inventions and utlity models) of the 'Regulation on Fees for the Registration of Patent Inventions, Utility Models, Industrial Designs, Selection Achievements, Trademarks and Service Marks, Fees for Registration and Granting the Right for Use of Appellations of Origin, and Fees for Registration of Patent Attorneys' was amended by the Decision of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 3 of January 5, 2018.
