Paragraphs 21 to 23 of this Law which entered into force on April 23, 2019, three months after the date of its first official publication (January 23, 2019), provide amendments to Law on the Protection of Selection Achievements, Law on Patents, Law on Trademarks, Service Marks and Appellations of Origin, and Law on Legal Protection of Layout Design of Integrated Microcircuits.
