Year of Version 1998 Dates Enacted: July 31, 1998 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Other, Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights) Notes Section 119(6) (Publication and inspection of documents) under section entitled "Miscellaneous" under Part V entitled "Other Provisions About the Assembly" of the Government of Wales Act provides that : "...(6) Neither subsection (2)(b) nor subsection (5) requires or authorises the doing of anyact which infringes the copyright in any work; but nothing done in pursuance ofsubsection (2)(b) or (5) constitutes an infringement of Crown copyright.". Schedule 12 (Minor and Consequential Admendments) provides amendments to section 49, section 163 and paragraph 10(1) of Schedule 2 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
