Details Details Year of Version 2021 Dates Published: January 6, 2021 Type of Text Other Texts Subject Matter Industrial Designs, IP Regulatory Body Notes This verison of the Guide on Use of the Hague System on the International Registration of Industrial Designs was revised by the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (hereinafter the "IMPI") on January 6, 2021, and published on the website of the IMPI on the same date, by adding some new provisions to its paragraph b) under the section "Grant of Protection", which is found under the heading "Substantive examination of the international application filed before IMPI when Mexico is designated". The said new provisions that were added to this version of the Guide relate to the instructions for paying the second part of the individual designation fee to the "IMPI", as provided for in the "Supplement to the Guide for Users of the Hague System for the International Registration of Industrial Designs with Specifications for Mexico".
