This version of the Intellectual Property (Unjustified Threats) Act 2017 (Commencement and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/771) updated and generated on November 28, 2021 provides that its regulations 1, 2 and 3 entered into force on July 14, 2017 and that regulation 2(2) will be revoked by the Patents (European Patent with Unitary Effect and Unified Patent Court) (Repeal and Revocation) Regulations 2021 (see "Changes and effects yet to be applied to" under "Changes to legislation" found on the last page of this consolidated version).
On July 20, 2020, the UK withdrew from the Agreement on a Unified Patent Court signed at Brussels ("the UPC") by depositing notification of the withdrawal of its ratification of the UPC Agreement.
