Details Details Year of Version 2020 Dates Entry into force: October 8, 1998 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Patents (Inventions), Utility Models, Industrial Designs, Trademarks, Trade Names Subject Matter (secondary) Enforcement of IP and Related Laws, IP Regulatory Body Notes These Regulations are made under section 44 of the Industrial Property Act [Cap 17.07] to prescribe the application fees for the grant of patents, utility model certificates and for the registration of industrial designs, marks and collective marks. The Regulations also provide for the fees for copies of patents for the public, surcharge payable in respect of late payment of maintenance or renewal fees and the conditions under which a person may obtain extracts from registers.
