This consolidated version of the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 140 takes into account amendments up to the "Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 388 of July 13, 2023, on Amendments to Regulation No. 140 of February 22, 2011, on the Latvian Catalogue of Plant Varieties", which entered into force on July 19, 2023.
