Details Details Year of Version 2024 Dates Entry into force: January 1, 2024 Issued: December 27, 2023 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter IP Regulatory Body Notes Article 6 of Decree No. 2023-1321 of December 27, 2023 provides amendments to the following provisions of the Regulatory Part of the IP Code: - In Article R. 611-14-1: a) In the first paragraph, the words: “falling into the categories defined in the appendix to this article and” are deleted; and (b) The annex is repealed; - In paragraph 6o of Article R. 811-1-1, the line: "Decree No. 2009-645 of June 9, 2009” is replaced by the line: “Article R. 611-14-1 Resulting from Decree No. 2023-1321 of December 27, 2023.
