Details Details Year of Version 2024 Dates Amended up to: June 4, 2024 Promulgated: May 19, 2021 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights) Notes This consolidated version of the Act on the Establishment of the Digital Agency takes into account amendments up to the "Act on Amendments to the Basic Act on the Formation of a Digital Society, etc., for the Improvement of the Convenience of those Involved in Administrative Procedures, etc., and for the Simplification and Streamlining of Administrative Operations through the Use of Information and Communications Technology (Act No. 46 of June 7, 2024)," which entered into force on different dates. The amendments introduced by the said amending Act No. 38 of 2021 to this consolidated version entered into force on June 4, 2024.
