LIETUVOS RESPUBLIKOS

KONVENCIJOS DĖL FONOGRAMŲ GAMINTOJŲ APSAUGOS NUO NETEISĖTO JŲ FONOGRAMŲ KOPIJAVIMO RATIFIKAVIMO

1 straipsnis. Konvencijos ratifikavimas

Lietuvos Respublikos Seimas, vadovaudamasis Lietuvos Respublikos

Konstitucijos 67 straipsnio 16 punktu ir atsižvelgdamas į Respublikos Prezidento 1999 m.

kovo 2 d. dekretą “Dėl teikimo Lietuvos Respublikos Seimui ratifikuoti Konvenciją dėl

fonogramų gamintojų apsaugos nuo neteisėto jų fonogramų kopijavimo”, ratifikuoja

Konvenciją dėl fonogramų gamintojų apsaugos nuo neteisėto jų fonogramų kopijavimo,

priimtą 1971 m. spalio 29 d. Ženevoje.

2 straipsnis. Pasiūlymas Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybei

Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybė paskiria institucijas, atsakingas už Konvencijos

dėl fonogramų gamintojų apsaugos nuo neteisėto jų fonogramų kopijavimo nuostatų

įgyvendinimą.

Skelbiu šį Lietuvos Respublikos Seimo priimtą įstatymą.
