DĖL LIETUVOS RESPUBLIKOS VYRIAUSYBĖS 2000 M. GRUODŽIO 15 D. NUTARIMO NR. 1458 „DĖL VALSTYBĖS RINKLIAVOS OBJEKTŲ SĄRAŠO, ŠIOS

RINKLIAVOS DYDŽIŲ IR MOKĖJIMO IR GRĄŽINIMO TVARKOS PATVIRTINIMO“ DALINIO PAKEITIMO

Vadovaudamasi Lietuvos Respublikos intelektinės nuosavybės apsaugos importuojant ir eksportuojant prekes įstatymo (Žin., 2000, Nr. 113–3611) 8 straipsniu, Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybė n u t a r i a :

Iš dalies pakeisti valstybės rinkliavos objektų sąrašą ir šios rinkliavos dydžius, patvirtintus Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės 2000 m. gruodžio 15 d. nutarimu Nr. 1458 „Dėl valstybės rinkliavos objektų sąrašo, šios rinkliavos dydžių ir mokėjimo ir grąžinimo tvarkos patvirtinimo“ (Žin., 2000, Nr. 108–3463), ir išdėstyti 4.48 ir 4.49 punktus taip:

„4.48. leidimo išdavimą: 4.48.1. laikinai įvežti prekes 40 litų 4.48.2. laikinai išvežti prekes 40 litų 4.49. paslaugas, susijusias su: 4.49.1. intelektinės nuosavybės teisių subjekto arba

jo atstovo prašymo, kuris pateikiamas sulaikius prekes, įgyvendinimu 100 litų

4.49.2. intelektinės nuosavybės teisių subjekto arba jo atstovo prašymo, kuris pateikiamas prieš sulaikant prekes, įgyvendinimu 500 litų“.
