Wet van 7 juli 1994, tot wijziging van de Auteurswet 1912 in verband met de rechtsbescherming van computerprogramma"s

Wij Beatrix, bij de gratie Gods, Koningin der Nederlanden, Prinses van Oranje-Nassau, enz. enz. enz.

Allen, die deze zullen zien of horen lezen, saluut! doen te weten: Alzo Wij in overweging genomen hebben, dat het ter uitvoering van de richtlijn van de Raad van de Europese Gemeenschappen van 14 mei 1991 betreffende de rechtsbescherming van computerprogramma's (91/250/EEG, PbEG 1991 L 122) noodzakelijk is de Auteurswet 1912 (Stb. 308) te wijzigen;

Zo is het, dat Wij, de Raad van State gehoord, en met gemeen overleg der Staten-Generaal, hebben goedgevonden en verstaan, gelijk Wij goedvinden en verstaan bij deze:

Artikel I

[Bevat wijzigingen in andere regelgeving.]

Artikel II

Artikel I is ook van toepassing op werken als bedoeld in artikel 10, eerste lid, onder 12°, die vóór 1 januari 1993 zijn vervaardigd, onverminderd vóór dat tijdstip verrichte handelingen en verworven rechten.

Lasten en bevelen, dat deze in het Staatsblad zal worden geplaatst, en dat alle ministeriële departementen, autoriteiten, colleges en ambtenaren, wie zulks aangaat, aan de nauwkeurige uitvoering de hand zullen houden.
