PURSUANT to sections 46 and 47 of the Designs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

Regulations

1 Title and commencement

(1) These regulations may be cited as the Designs Amendment Regulations 1999, and are part of the Designs Regulations 1954 (“the principal regulations”).

(2) These regulations come into force on 1 July 1999.

2 Fees

Added r3(2) to principal regulations.

3 New scale of fees substituted

Substituted Schedule 1 of principal regulations as set out in the Schedule of these regulations.

4 Revocation

Revoked the Designs Regulations 1954, Amendment No 12.
