INSTITUTO NACIONAL DA PROPRIEDADE INDUSTRIAL P R E S I DÊ N C I A 14/03/2001

RESOLUÇÃO Nº 077/2001 Assunto: Dá nova redação ao item 2, da Resolução nº 076/2000. O PRESIDENTE DO INSTITUTO NACIONAL DA PROPRIEDADE INDUSTRIAL, no uso de suas atribuições

legais, e, CONSIDERANDO a necessidade de um melhor entendimento do item 2, da Resolução nº 076/00, RESOLVE:

  1. Dar nova redação ao ítem 2, da resolução n. 076, de 15/12/2000, que passará a vigorar com o seguinte texto:
  2. Estabelecer que, quando da publicação do pedido ou registro de desenho industrial, de que trata o art. 106, da lei 9.279/96, o INPI fará constar o símbolo de classificação que melhor represente a especificação do produto identificado pela classificação internacional de desenho industrial.

Esta Resolução entra em vigor nesta data, mantendo-se as demais disposições da Resolução nº 076, de 15/12/2000.
