In exercise of the powers con ferred upon me by section 4(1) of the Patents Act, Chapter 253 of the Laws of Belize, Revised Edition 2000-2003, and all other powers thereunto me enablIng I, FRANCIS FONSECA, Attorney General and M Illlster or Education, do hereb y appoint the Registrar General as the Registrar of Intel lectual Property.

2. Any previous Order for the appointment of Registrar of Intellectual Properly is herehy revoked.
