AN ACT TO AMEND THE GEOGRAPHICAL
INDICATIONS ACT, NO. 13 OF 1999.

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Commonwealth of
Dominica as follows:
1. This Act may be cited as the – Short title.

Interpretaion.
Act No. 13 of 1999.
Amendment of section 12
of the Act.
- In this Act the Geographical Indications Act 1999 is referred to as “the Act”.
- Section 12 of the Act is amended by inserting the following new subsection
“(4) The Registrar of the Court shall notify the Registrar of the decision of the Court or the decision on any appeal therefrom and the Registrar shall record it and publish a reference thereto as soon as possible.”.
