Ordonnance n. 625 du 15/10/1952 relative à la protection des droits d'auteurs des ressortissants

des États-Unis d'Amérique

Vu l'article 21 de l'ordonnance constitutionnelle du 5 janvier 1911, modifiée par l’ordonnance du 18 novembre

1917 ;

Vu la loi n° 491 du 24 novembre 1948, modifiée par la loi n° 512 du 17 novembre 1949 ;

Vu l'accord particulier intervenu entre Notre Gouvernement et le Gouvernement des États-Unis d'Amérique ;

Article 1er .- Les auteurs ressortissants des États-Unis d'Amérique jouissent, en ce qui concerne leurs œuvres

littéraires et artistiques publiées ou non, des droits accordés par les lois et ordonnances de Notre Principauté à

Nos ressortissants, y compris le droit de faire ou d'autoriser la reproduction de leurs œuvres par des

instruments portant fixation des sons.

Article 2 .- Les ressortissants des États-Unis pourront, en conséquence, revendiquer à dater de la

promulgation de la présente ordonnance, toutes les protections garanties à Nos sujets par :

- les ordonnances des 27 février 1889, 3 juin 1896, n° 3778 et n° 3779 du 27 novembre 1948, n° 80 et n° 81

du 29 septembre 1949, n° 109 du 6 décembre 1949 ;

- les lois n° 491 du 24 novembre 1948 et n° 512 du 17 novembre 1949,

ainsi que celles qui seraient accordées par des textes ultérieurs.
