Ordonnance de l’Assemblée fédérale sur les juges du Tribunal fédéral des brevets (Ordonnance sur les juges du Tribunal fédéral des brevets)

du 20 mars 2009 (Etat le 1er mars 2010)

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 17 de la loi du 20 mars 2009 sur le Tribunal fédéral des brevets1, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 7 décembre 20072, arrête:

Art. 1 Indemnités des juges suppléants Les indemnités journalières, les forfaits horaires et les indemnités de déplacement des juges suppléants du Tribunal fédéral des brevets sont régis par l’ordonnance de l’Assemblée fédérale du 23 mars 2007 concernant les indemnités journalières et les indemnités de déplacement des juges du Tribunal fédéral3.

Art. 2 Modification du droit en vigueur L’ordonnance du 13 décembre 2002 sur les juges4 est modifiée comme suit:

Art. 3 Entrée en vigueur La présente ordonnance entre en vigueur le même jour que la loi du 20 mars 2009 sur le Tribunal fédéral des brevets5.

Ordinanza dell’Assemblea federale sui giudici del Tribunale federale dei brevetti (Ordinanza sui giudici del Tribunale federale dei brevetti)

del 20 marzo 2009 (Stato 1° marzo 2010)

L’Assemblea federale della Confederazione Svizzera, visto l’articolo 17 della legge del 20 marzo 20091 sul Tribunale federale dei brevetti; visto il messaggio del Consiglio federale del 7 dicembre 20072, decreta:

Art. 1 Diarie e indennità dei giudici non di carriera Le diarie, gli importi forfettari orari e le indennità per viaggi di servizio dei giudici non di carriera del Tribunale federale dei brevetti sono retti dall’ordinanza del- l’Assemblea federale del 23 marzo 20073 sulle diarie e le indennità per i viaggi di servizio dei giudici federali.

Art. 2 Modifica del diritto vigente L’ordinanza del 13 dicembre 20024 sui giudici è modificata come segue:

Art. 3 Entrata in vigore La presente ordinanza entra in vigore simultaneamente alla legge del 20 marzo 20095 sul Tribunale federale dei brevetti.
