The Permanent Mission of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland presents its compliments to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and has the honour to refer to the Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of Microorganisms for the Purposes of Patent Procedure, opened for signature at Budapest from April 28 to December 31, 1977, and to the previous communication from the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland concerning the change of address of the National Collections of Industrial Food and Marine Bacteria (NCIMB).
