COMMUNICATION
I have the honor to communicate a change of ownership of the "Interlab Cell Line Collection" from Advanced Biotechnology Center (ABC), an International Depositary Authority to Ospedale Policlinico San Martino IRCCS, housed in Genova, Italy.
We offer our assurances, guaranteed also by the Italian Ministry of Health, that Ospedale Policlinico San Martino can and will meet every requirement of the Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of Microorganisms for the Purposes of Patent Procedure, as International Depositary Authority (IDA).
Ospedale Policlinico San Martino takes over the legal ownership of the Interlab Cell Line Collection of ABC; all activities and services regarding the biobank will remain the same and will be carried out by the same qualified technical experts. There will be no change in functions of the IDA or types of microorganism accepted or fees.
