The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and has the honor to refer to the deposit by the Government of the Republic of Hungary, on March 7, 1984, of its instrument of accession to the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Deposit of Industrial Designs of November 6, 1925, as revised at London on June 2, 1934 (the "London Act"), and at The Hague on November 28, 1960 (the "Hague Act (1960)"), and supplemented at Stockholm on July 14, 1967 (the "Stockholm (Complementary) Act (1967)"), and by the Protocol of Geneva of August 29, 1975.
The Director General of WIPO has the honor to notify that the Government of the Republic of Hungary deposited, on February 1, 2004, an instrument of denunciation of the London Act. Pursuant to Article 22(4) of the London Act, the said denunciation shall take effect, in respect of the Republic of Hungary, on February 1, 2005.
