Pursuant to my authority under section 137 of the Patent Law, I hereby declare:

Prescribing Enterprises

1.      The institutions and factories as follows are prescribed for the purpose of section 137 of the Law:

(1)   The Social Insurance Institute;

(2)   The Employment Service;

(3)   The Broadcasting Authority;

(4)   Institute for Hygiene and Safety;

(5)   Authority for Construction and Rehabilitation of Evacuation Zones.

Notice of Invention

2.      The employees of the Institutes and Enterprises aforesaid under section 1 may give notice, which they are under obligation to deliver under section 137 of the Law, to whoever is managing the state Enterprise or institute, which the inventor is employed thereunder or receives a salary therefrom.

Title

3.      The Order shall be titled Patent Order (Determination of Enterprises and Institutions for the purpose of section 137 of the Law), 5728-1968.
