APPROVAL OF FEES FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY COPYRIGHT DIRECTORATE
Pursuant to Article 100 of the Constitution and Article 157, of Law no. 35/2016, "On copyright and other related rights", on the proposal of the Minister of Culture, the Council of Ministers
DECIDED:
1. Approval of fees for services provided by Copyright Directorate, according to annex 1, which is attached to this decision and is an integral part thereof.
2. The fees determined in this decision will be paid by natural and legal persons, who request from Copyright Directorate, at premises of Ministry of Culture, the provisions of the services mentioned in point 1 of this decision.
3. The payments provided in this decision must be made to the account of the Ministry of Culture, in the treasury branch and will be transferred to the state budget. This decision enters into force after its publication in the "Official Gazette".
