The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and has the honor to notify him of the deposit by the Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, on November 25, 1993, of its instrument of ratification of the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Deposit of Industrial Designs of November 6, 1925, as revised at The Hague on November 28, 1960 ("the Hague Act (1960)"), and supplemented at Stockholm on July 14, 1967 ("Stockholm (Complementary) Act (1967)") and amended on September 28, 1979.
The Federal Republic of Yugoslavia has not heretofore been a member of the Union for the International Deposit of Industrial Designs ("Hague Union"), founded by the Hague Agreement.
The Hague Act (1960) will enter into force, in respect of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, on December 30, 1993. On that same date, the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia will become bound by Articles 1 to 7 of the Stockholm (Complementary) Act (1967) and will become a member of the Hague Union.
