The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and, in accordance with the provisions of the above international instrument adopted at Stockholm, has the honor to notify him that the Government of the Principality of Liechtenstein deposited, on February 21, 1972, its instrument of accession dated January 28, 1972, to the Nice Agreement Concerning the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks of June 15, 1957, as revised at Stockholm on July 14, 1967.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9(4)(b), the Stockholm Act of the said Agreement will enter into force, with respect to the Principality of Liechtenstein, three months after the date of this notification, that is, on May 25, 1972.
