In order to develop the national system of protection of intellectual property objects and to implement the National Strategy on Intellectual Property until 2020, approved by Government Decision no.880 of 22 November 2012 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012 no.245-247 , Article951), the Government
Strategy on Intellectual Property until 2020 (hereby attached).
shall elaborate the consolidated progress report and shall submit it annually, by 1 March, to the National Commission on Intellectual Property ;
shall submit the progress report to the Government and shall publish it on its official website, within 30 days following the approval of the report by the National Commission on Intellectual Property.
