ORDER made by the Attorney General in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 2 of the Electronic Transactions Act, Chapter 290:01 of the Substantive Laws of Belize, Revised Edition 2000-2003, and all other powers thereunto him enabling.

1. This Order may be cited as the
ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS ACT
(COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2005.
2. In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 2 of the Electronic Transactions Act, Chapter 290:01 of the Substantive Laws of Belize, Revised Edition 2000-2003, and all other powers thereunto me enabling I, FRANCIS FONSECA, Attorney General and Minister of Education, Youth, Sports and Culture, do hereby appoint the 26th day of September, 2005, as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
