The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and has the honor to notify him of the deposit by the Government of the Republic of Estonia, on May 24, 1994, of its instrument of accession to the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property of March 20, 1883, as revised at Stockholm on July 14, 1967, and amended on September 28, 1979.
The Paris Convention as revised will enter into force, with respect to the Republic of Estonia, on August 24, 1994. On that date, the Republic of Estonia will become a member of the Paris Union.
The Republic of Estonia belongs to Class IX for the purpose of establishing its contribution to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
