The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and has the honor to notify the receipt, on March 11, 2021, of a communication dated March 10, 2021, from the Government of the Republic of Hungary regarding a change in the contact information of the National Collection of Agricultural and Industrial Microorganisms (NCAIM), an international depositary authority under the Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of Microorganisms for the Purposes of Patent Procedure (Budapest Treaty), done at Budapest on April 28, 1977, and amended on September 26, 1980 (see Budapest Notification No. 51 of May 2, 1986).
The name of the University including the National Collection of Agricultural and Industrial Microorganisms (NCAIM) has changed from Szent István University to Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
Therefore, as of February 1, 2021, the name and details of the National Collection of Agricultural and Industrial Microorganisms (NCAIM) are as follows:
