ملاحظات Article III of Emergency Ordinance No. 43/2010 of May 5, 2010 amends a number of provisions of Ordinance No. 25/2006 of January 26, 2006, on Strengthening the Administrative Capacity of the Romanian Office for Copyright. Point 1 of Article III of the said Emergency Ordinance provides that a new Article 3^1 was added after Article 3 of Ordinance No. 25/2006. The said point 1 was subsequently by Law No. 99/2011 of June 15, 2011, on Approval of the Government Emergency Ordinance No. 43/2010, which entered into force on June 27, 2011.
