The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and has the honor to notify him of the deposit by the Government of Saint Lucia, on May 21, 1993, of its instrument of accession to the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.
Furthermore, the said instrument of accession contains the following declaration: "Pursuant to Article 33(2) of the said Convention, the Government of Saint Lucia declares that it does not consider itself bound by the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 33 of the said Convention."
