Reservations made upon ratification:
1. In accordance with Article 14, paragraph 3, of the Convention, Liechtenstein reserves the right to apply the measures referred to in Article 20 only to crimes and offences that are punishable by imprisonment for more than one year, as they are defined by the Liechtenstein Criminal Code.
2. Liechtenstein will, in accordance with Article 29, paragraph 4, of the Convention, refuse a request for mutual assistance to order the preservation of stored computer data, as provided for under Article 16 of the Convention, if the condition of dual criminality is not fulfilled; this does not apply to the offences established in accordance with Articles 2 through 11 of this Convention.
Declarations made upon ratification:
1. Liechtenstein declares that according to Article 24, paragraph 7, of the Convention, the member of Government responsible for the Ministry of Justice decides about sending and receiving requests for extradition or provisional arrest.
2. In accordance with Article 27, paragraph 2, of the Convention, the Office of Justice is the authority responsible for sending and receiving legal requests for mutual assistance:

3. Liechtenstein declares that in case of emergency, within the context of Article 27, paragraph 9, of the Convention, the Office of Justice, Äulestrasse 70, Postfach 684, 9490 Vaduz, is the central authority to which all requests to Liechtenstein for mutual assistance must be addressed.
4. Liechtenstein declares that the following authority has been designated as point of contact pursuant to Article 35 of the Convention:
