Details Details Year of Version 2007 Dates Entry into force: May 2, 2007 Adopted: February 20, 2007 Type of Text Other Texts Subject Matter Other Notes Article 1 provides that this law shall be read in conjunction with original Law No. 8 of 1996 and considered together as one Law. It indicates also that this Law shall enter into force as of the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
The Law was published in the Official Gazette No. 4817 of01/04/2007.

This law amends the Labor Law that contains provisions concerning intellectual property rights.
