The Final Act Embodying the Results of the Uruguay Round of Multilateral Trade Negotiations: Ministerial Decisions, Declarations and Understandings and the Marrakech Agreement.

Approved: December 7, 1994. Enacted: December 23, 1994.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation gathered in Congress, etc.,

Hereby approve as law:

ARTICLE 1 - The FINAL ACT EMBODYING THE RESULTS OF THE URUGUAY ROUND OF MULTILATERAL TRADE NEGOTIATIONS: MINISTERIAL DECISIONS, DECLARATIONS AND UNDERSTANDINGS AND THE MARRAKECH AGREEMENT, IN WHICH THE WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION IS ESTABLISHED, AND ITS FOUR (4) ANNEXES, signed in Marrakech –KINGDOM OF MOROCCO – on April 15, 1994, and of which the certified photocopy is part of the present Law, is hereby approved.
