Details Details Year of Version 2011 Dates Entry into force: August 31, 2011 Adopted: August 31, 2011 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Trademarks Notes These Rules amend the Trade Marks Rules, 2001. It is indicated in Rule 1, that 'These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks (Amendment) Rules, 2011 and shall be read and construed as one with the Trade Marks Rules, 2001 (hereinafter called the principal Rules)'. This amendment provided a new First Schedule.
