The National Intellectual Property Policy and Strategy 2019-2024 was issued and published in October 2019 by the Ministry of Industrialization, Trade and SME Development Namibia.
The Policy provides, inter alia, the status and development of the legal framework of intellectual property (see its Section 8.2 under Chapter 8 of Part C)
