Part 2 of the said amending Act No. 34 of 2018 introduced amendments (in force from November 21, 2022) to the following provisions of this consolidated version: - Amendment of Division heading of Part VI (Assistance by Border Authorities) - Amendments to sections 55 to 69, sections 71 and 74 under Part VI. - Deletion and substitution of Division heading of Part VI
