This consolidated version of the Plant Varieties Act 1997 (Chapter 66) updated and generated on January 9, 2022 takes into account amendments up the "Public Service Pensions and Judicial Offices Act 2022 (Chapter 7).
Schedule 1, paragraph 29(a) and (b) of the said Amending Act 2022 (Chapter 7) introduced amendments (in force from 10/03/2022) to the following provisions if Schedule 3 (relating to the Plant Varieties and Seeds Tribunal and interpretating section 42 under Part 2) of this consolidated version:
- Paragraph 5(2) (substituted) where the number “70” substitute “75”;
- Paragrapyh 5(6) (omittted).
