T-13) takes into account amendments up to the 'Budget Implementation Act, 2018, No. 2 (S.C. 2018, c. 27)', which entered into force on different dates. The amendments introduced by sections 255, 256, 257 and 258(1) of the said amending Act to this consolidated version of the Trademarks Act entered into force on June 28, 2021.
