Details Details Year of Version 2006 Dates Entry into force: November 15, 2006 Promulgated: November 15, 2006 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes Paragraph 56 under Section I of this Law No. 17 of 2006 provides for the changes of title of Chapter X, which reads the following: "Chapter X Import Prohibitions and Export Restrictions, Imported or Exported Goods Suspected of Infringing upon Intellectual Property Rights, and Action on Items Related to Terrorism and/or Cross-National Crime". Paragraphs 57 to 64 of the Law provides amendments to Articles 54 to 63 of the Law No. 10 of 1995 on Customs, relating to IP rights infringement and enforcement.
