Details Details Year of Version 2015 Dates Amended up to: July 13, 2015 Entry into force: February 6, 2006 Signature: February 2, 2006 Type of Text Other Texts Subject Matter Undisclosed Information (Trade Secrets) Notes Article 33 of the consolidated version of Federal Law No. 19-FZ, dated February 2, 2006, provides for the repeal of Article 7 of Federal Law No. 98-FZ, dated July 29, 2004, on Trade Secrets (which relates to the rights of the owner of information constituting a commercial secret), effective January 1, 2008. This consolidated version of Federal Law No. 19-FZ includes amendments up to "Federal Law No. 216-FZ of July 13, 2015, on Amendments to Certain Laws of the Russian Federation in Connection with the Adoption of the Federal Law on the State Corporation for Space Activities 'Roscosmos'," which entered into force on July 13, 2015. (See Article 26, paragraph 3, of the aforementioned Federal Law No. 216-FZ for the provision that repealed Article 7 of this consolidated version of Federal Law No. 19-FZ.)
