Details Details Year of Version 2013 Dates Published: August 14, 2013 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Plant Variety Protection Notes Article 10 of the Administrative Jurisdiction Adjustment Act provides amendments (in force on January 1, 2014) to the Plant Variety Protection Act 2001. The content of Article 10 states: 1. Section 19 paragraph 2 reads: "(2) The Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management is the superior authority authorized to issue instructions.” 2.In Section 19, the previous paragraph 3 is deleted; the previous paragraphs 4 and 5 are renumbered 3 and 4. 3. The following paragraph 4 is added to Section 28: "(4) Section 19 in the version of the Federal Law Gazette I No. 189/2013 shall enter into force on January 1, 2014."
