'Amend the Trade Marks Regulations 1995 to include Algeria, Bhutan, Serbia and Montenegro, Cambodia, Chinese Macau, Sao Tome and Surinam as Convention countries in Schedule 10 to the Regulations.'

Date of entry into force: See Article 2.

1 Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Trade Marks Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 2).

These Regulations commence on the date of their notification in the Gazette.
