Nach § 34 Abs. 2 und § 35 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 des Patentgesetzes, die durch Artikel 2 des Gesetzes vom 16. Juli 1998 (BGBl. I S. 1827) neu gefasst worden sind, sowie nach § 4 Abs. 2 und § 4a Abs. 2 Nr. 2 des Gebrauchsmustergesetzes, die durch Artikel 3 des Gesetzes vom 16. Juli 1998 (BGBl. I S. 1827) eingefügt worden sind, wird bekannt gemacht, dass die

Technische Universität Chemnitz - Informationszentrum Patente -, Chemnitz,

ab 2. April 2001 zum Pateninformationszentrum im Sinne von § 34 Abs. 2 und § 35 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 des Patentgesetzes, § 4 Abs. 2 und § 4a Abs. 2 Nr. 2 des Gebrauchsmustergesetzes sowie Artikel II § 4 des Gesetzes über internationale Patentübereinkommen vom 21. Juni 1976 (BGBl. 1976 II S. 649), zuletzt geändert durch Artikel 6 des Gesetzes vom 16. Juli 1998 (BGBl. I S. 1827), bestimmt ist. Der Präsident des Deutschen Patent- und Markenamts veröffentlicht im Blatt für Patent-, Muster- und Zeichenwesen weitere Einzelheiten zur Entgegennahme der Anmeldungen.

Pursuant to Section 34 subsection 2 and Section 35 subsection 2 no. 2 of the Patent Law, which were reformulated by Article 2 of the Law of 16 July !; 1998 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 1827), and pursuant to Section 4 subsection 2 and Section 4a subsection 2 no. 2 of the Utility Model Law, which were inserted by Article 3 of the Law of 16 July 1998 (Federal Law Gazette I

p. 1827), notification is hereby made that' .

Chemnitz Technical University

shall be designated a" Patent Information Centre as from 2 April 2001 for the purpose of Section 34 subsection 2 and Section 35 subsection 2 no. 2 of the Patent LaW, Section 4 subsection 2 and Section 4a subsection 2 no. 2 of the Utility Model Law as well as Article" Section 4 of the Law on International Patent Treaties of 21 June 1976 (Federal Law Gazette 1976 Part" p. 649), as last amended by Article 6 of the Law of 16 July 1998 (Federal Law Gazette I

The President of the German Patent and Trade Mark Office shall publish further details on the acceptance of applications-in the Journal for Patents, Trade Marks and Designs. .. ..
